With this bar, the goal was to once again honor Brazilian ingredients, highlighting the Brazil nut.

The crunch comes from an artisanal praline to which they indiscreetly add Brazil nuts before breaking it into small pieces. The praline almost dissolves in your mouth, leaving the crunchy Brazil nut in focus for extra texture on the palate. The milk helps evenly distribute the flavors in your mouth, resulting in a burst of flavor and texture.
