Mail carriers are experiencing high demand and shipments might take longer to arrive than expected.
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kahkow USA. Following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping
This online store serves the U.S. market; all dispatches will originate from our New York warehouse in Long Island or from our Store in Brooklyn.
(U.S. only) – Free ice and insulation included
All orders will be shipped Tuesday through Friday depending on temperature and destination. During the warmer months, packages are shipped insulated and with ice packs. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package.
Orders that are placed Friday afternoon through Monday night will be shipped the following Tuesday to avoid weekend transit times and to ensure that your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition.
Estimated delivery time on standard orders is 3-7 business days from date of order. Delivery time not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for post office errors or delays.

Wholesale Orders
For Domestic and International wholesale orders, we suggest that you contact us directly to negotiate shipping charges with other shipping agencies at info@kahkow.com, and a Kahkow team member will contact you promptly.
