Organic Cacao Shells

During winnowing, shells are removed at the same time that beans are being crushed to make nibs.

Cacao shells are ideal to combat fatigue and weakness. They also work as a nutritional supplement and as an anti-inflammatory.

You can enjoy a delicious cocoa tea using the shells or 'cascarilla'.

Cacao Shell Tea Brewing instructions:

15g (1/4 cup) cacao shells
240mL (1 cup) water
Bring to boil together, wait 7 minutes.

Strain & enjoy. Can be brewed 2-3 times
