  • Añejo or Very Special Old Dark (V.S.O.D) is the latest offspring of our innovative  project of well-fermented cacao beans aged in re-purposed authentic oak rum  barrels. Our cacao is stored in these barrels for months. During this period, all the  aromas of wood, rum, and tobacco penetrate the beans.
