Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kahkow USA. Following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping
This online store serves the U.S. market; all dispatches will originate from our New York warehouse in Long Island or from our Store in Brooklyn.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over US$50 (U.S. only)  – Free ice and insulation included

All orders will be shipped Tuesday through Friday depending on temperature and destination.  During the warmer months, packages are shipped insulated and with ice packs.  Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package. 

Orders that are placed Friday afternoon through Monday night will be shipped the following Tuesday to avoid weekend transit times and to ensure that your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition. 

Kahkow USA usually ships using USPS or UPS flat rate options. 

Estimated delivery time on standard orders is 3-7 business days from date of order.  Delivery time not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for post office errors or delays.

We work really hard to make sure your chocolate arrives timely and in perfect condition.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns. If for any reason your purchase is defective or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at info@kahkow.com.

Wholesale Orders
For Domestic and International wholesale orders, we suggest that you contact us directly to negotiate shipping charges with other shipping agencies at info@kahkow.com, and a Kahkow team member will contact you promptly.

International Shipping
We do offer International Shipping at client’s expense. If you are interested in purchasing our Wholesale products, please contact us directly to negotiate exporting arrangements at info@kahkow.com.
