Los Bejucos is a Denomination of Origin since 2012, comprised of 86 organic cacao farms that share special attributes that contribute to the origin’s distinct personality.

With this Rizek Essentials bean recipe, we created this specific bar to celebrate Los Bejucos’ interesting and distinct flavor notes.

Flavor profile: fruity notes, cranberry, delicate astringency, mild bitterness, walnut.
