Desde 1905, los Rizek han provisto de granos de cacao dominicano a los mejores chocolateros del mundo, en 2007 se convirtieron ellos mismos en chocolateros y en 2011 crearon la marca Kahkow. En 2019 abrieron su primera tienda fuera del país en Nueva York (Estados Unidos), en el barrio de Williamsburg.

Kahkow in Williamsburg is owned by Rizek Cacao from the Dominican Republic. Rizek Cacao, a chocolate grower, processor and exporter, was founded in the Dominican Republic in 1905 and is now being run by the fifth generation of the Rizek family.
